About Genesys PHO
We are a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) that represents a partnership between our primary care physicians and Ascension Genesys Hospital. Genesys PHO is an integrated network that, in addition to the hospital, includes 100 primary care physicians, several hundred specialists, stand-alone imaging centers and physical therapy centers.
Genesys PHO began operations in 1995 with a shared mission between the hospital and the primary care physicians to improve the health of the community by focusing on the integration of services to enhance the experience of the patient. With this mission in mind, Genesys PHO has been on the cutting edge implementing innovative care management programs and developing unique value based contracting models with health plans to continually offer high quality care to our patients.
